My focus is TypeScript, PHP, usability, accessibility, search engine optimization, and software that solves real problems. I work remotely from Medellín, Colombia, where I develop web applications and guide teams as Scrum Master.
Through Remote.com I work for Zig Websoftware. The collaboration continues without interruption since 2008. I work on CRM and portal solutions for the Dutch social-housing domain with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PHP. As Scrum Master I focus on flow, predictability, test coverage, performance, and stakeholder alignment.
Developed and maintained web applications for housing associations, including customer tracking systems with React, AngularJS, and LoopBack. Earlier work included web applications with TYPO3 CMS and Zend Framework, TYPO3 extensions, and migrations to newer TYPO3 versions. During this period I was involved in more than 50 TYPO3 projects.

Chaired meetings, gave talks, oversaw training, helped with recruitment, construction projects, and administration in a multicultural community.
